When you (the customer) place an order on meng.pt, you accept all the terms included in this page.

Please remember that it’s your obligation to consult this page for future editions.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. In case your products have defects or arrive faulty, this is in accordance with the EU laws.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are sorry to inform you that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

This is to protect our services and our goods from mischievous behavior.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address printed on your package, your package will be lost!

Right of withdrawal

According to the UE regulations, you have 14 days, after you received your order, to request a full refund of your order without giving any reason. These 14 days start after you have received your package.

Please have in mind that you need to manifest the intent of your right of withdrawal within this time.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, including all the tags and original accessories, within the codition for a resale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

For items on sale, TAVARENI does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

Refund process

To ascertain whether a product is truly defective, our esteemed service team will undertake a meticulous examination.

Upon receipt and careful inspection of your returned item, we shall promptly notify you via email, confirming its arrival. You will then be informed of the outcome regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.

Should the refund be approved, it will be processed with utmost priority, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment—be it credit card or otherwise—within a designated period of days.

All the costs for the delivery of the returned products will be borne by you (the customer).

Delayed or Missing Refunds

In the event that you have not yet received your refund, we kindly advise you to first review your bank account once more.

Should the issue persist, we recommend contacting your credit card provider, as some time may be required before the refund is officially reflected.

Following that, we encourage you to liaise with your bank, as processing times for refunds can vary.

Order cancelation

In addition, an order cancelation can be placed within 24 hours from the time of your order conclusion, except for items that have already been processed.
